The BodyWalk
We entered mouth and talked about keeping our teeth clean and eating healthy foods.
We practiced brushing our teeth!!
Next, we went into the stomach
then the heart,
We learned we need to eat healthy foods to keep our heart strong.
Next we meet Wendy, the lungs.
We learned to keep our lungs healthy. They gave us a straw the try and blow through to demonstrate what its like to have an unhealthy lung. We all decided we want to help keep our lungs healthy.
Next, we learned about keeping strong bones.
Then we explored our muscles.
Last, we learned how to keep our skin protected from the sun.
And we came out of the skin!!
We enjoyed learning about our body and ways to keep it healthy!!
