Today was neon day and we all had a BLAST dressing in our neon colors!! It's kind of bright so beware... :)

We are super excited our book fair is back this week!! We really enjoyed filling out our wish list today!!

BOOM, KA-BOOM!!!

Thunder Cake by Patricia Polacco was the perfect reading story for us last week!
Springtime certainly brings lots of stormy weather. 

The story is about a little girl who helps her grandma
 prepare a Thunder Cake during an approaching thunderstorm. 

The recipe for the cake is included at the end of the story, 
and Miss Pongetti's grandmother used it to make a Thunder Cake for us!

It was delicious!!! Thank you so much!!!
